We’re bringing new life to this well-known site by transforming it into a modern, welcoming store that meets the needs of local residents while creating new jobs and enhancing the local retail offer.

Fresh market-style food hall providing an area of c. 1,775 sq.m brimming with fresh produce, sourced from M&S’ Select Farm Partners and local suppliers.
Extensive fashion and home department offering a curated range of womenswear, menswear, lingerie, and home accessories.
Ample customer parking with around 348 spaces, including electric vehicle charging bays, parent & child spaces, dedicated cycle spaces, and accessible spaces, ensuring easy access for all visitors.
